AUTHORS SELECTED FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS ARE ENCOURAGED TO ALSO PRESENT A POSTER AT Ocean Optics 2012
ONLY ONE Abstract is accepted per registrant. Any author wishing to present their work orally in one of the contributed paper sessions must select that option when registering. Sessions will be constructed, based on submitted short abstracts; after the conference pre-registration deadline (01 June).
All contributing authors to Ocean Optics XXI must provide the following:
- Short Abstract due by 1 June 2012 at time of registration.
If you wish to submit an Abstract, you must indicate so on your registration form. Upon completion of your registration, you will be prompted to "Continue to Abstract Submission" and an abstract form will be made available to you.
The Abstract Form will prompt you to enter all required information. Make certain to indicate your preference for an Oral or Poster Presentation. You will also be asked if you will agree to do a Poster if no Oral Presentations are available. You are required to select the Session which you feel is best suited for your abstract.
You are not required to format your abstract as it will automatically be formatted for you; just cut and paste from your word document.
Based on the number of Authors you indicate on the form, sufficient spaces will be made available for each of the Authors along with their Addresses. A place is provided on the form for your Abstract Title; and the body of your abstract. Please note, we prefer 250 - 300 words for the body of your Short Abstract.
Upon completion of your Abstract Form, click "Continue" at the end of the page and your abstract will be displayed for you to see. If you wish to change it, please push the "Back" button on your computer and make any changes. Then, click "Continue".
Short Abstracts will be processed (accepted) by the 15th of June and will be posted on the site. If you would like to view Short Abstracts of those registrants who have been processed, click here.
