  • 25 November 2007 - On-line Pre-registration begins
  • 01 June 2008 - On-line Pre-registration closes (Short abstract deadline)
  • 31 August 2008 - Extended abstract deadline
  • 01 September 2008 - Accommodations deadline to ensure conference rates & availability

  • Withdrawals postmarked after June 1, and before August 15, 2008: $55
  • Withdrawals postmarked after August 15, 2008: The registration fee is non-refundable
