Authors selected for contributed oral sessions must provide electronic presentations that can be displayed in a MS Windows environment using MS PowerPoint. 'Embed' any unique fonts used in your presentation, or substitute unique fonts with 'graphic' displays, to ensure they display as intended on the conference projection system (1. not all fonts can be 'embedded''. 2. Unique fonts not embedded will appear ‘as expected’ on the computer used to create the presentation because the unique fonts can be found by PowerPoint on the local computer, but if those fonts are not resident on the computer provided by conference computer support, then PowerPoint will substitute for the unique fonts automatically with uncertain results.). The session hall will be equipped with a computer attached to a projection system. All electronic presentations must be loaded onto this computer before the session starts and this computer will be used to display their work. Authors will not be permitted to connect their own computers to the conference projection system.
Contributed oral presentations will be twenty (20) minutes in length, including questions. Time limits will be strictly enforced by the session chairperson.
